    The beautifully decorated apartments lie in the 3rd-5st floor. The apartments have a private bathroom and a tiny, yet practical kitchenette.

    The furniture is modern and consists of a double bed, a small desk, a chair and a wardrobe).

    Non-smoking, no pets. Tea/coffee incl., kitchen can be used to prepare additional meals. The house is located in the Gay area (between Neumarkt and Rudolfplatz), and is 2 resp. 3 stops away from the Central Station ("Hauptbahnhof") resp. from the Trade Fair ("Koeln Messe").

    Features: TV, free WiFi, elevator in the building (unfortunately, not suitable for wheel-chairs).

    Price policy: The prices may vary depending on the season.
