The beautifully decorated apartments lie in the 3rd resp. 5th floor of the house Marsilstein 2. Each apartment consist of 3 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.

The furniture is modern and consists of a double bed, a small desk, a chair, a wardrobe and a commode.

Non-smoking, no pets. Shared bathroom. Breakfast and coffee incl., kitchen can be used to prepare additional meals. The Ensuite apartment in the 2nd floor offers additional comfort of a private bathroom and a separate kitchen.

The house is located in the Gay area (between Neumarkt and Rudolfplatz), and is 2 resp. 3 stops away from the Central Station ("Hauptbahnhof") resp. from the Trade Fair ("Koeln Messe").

Features: TV, free WiFi, elevator in the building (unfortunately, not suitable for wheel-chairs).
